Happy Birthday Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur celebrates its 35th anniversary as a Federal Territory today (1st February). As a Malaysian, I'm proud of the achievement made by Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur or KL in short, was a mining settlement before. Now Kuala Lumpur offers the colours and excitements of urban life.
Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, Jamek Masjid are among of the major landmarks that can be found here.
If you love shopping (well who doesn't? :-D), then take note that KL is a shopping haven. If you love to bargain, don't miss the bargain heaven, Chinatown (Petaling Street).
There are so many nice places to visit in KL, You must see it and experience it then you'll know what I mean. So if you are planning for a holiday, don't forget to include Kuala Lumpur or Malaysia on your holiday list :-)
